Episode 37

E37: Leading With Intuitive Decision-Making with Shoshanna French

Women’s intuition is a superpower.

As Shoshanna French puts it, intuition is “a direct way of knowing or understanding something without any prior experience or knowledge.” So, rather than doubting these thoughts in our heads, we should start using them as a guide to practical business decisions and self-healing journeys.

It is a long process to be able to recognize intuition in the midst of our clouded headspaces. So, in this episode, Shoshanna and I discussed how listening to our instincts can help us hold authority over our practical choices and how this can be translated to scaling our businesses.

Here are some pointers we shared in this conversation:

  • Defining intuition as a way to discovery
  • Three avatars of people according to their Woo Woo
  • Differentiating intuition from random thoughts
  • Ways of translating your intuitive process into data
  • The role of intuition when scaling your business
